By Phone : If you prefer to speak to someone or have special requests, our customer service team is here to help. Call us directly to arrange your ride. We will answer all your questions and immediately confirm your booking.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and sometimes plans need to be changed. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while taking into account our operational needs.

Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not be charged.

Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee, equal to 50% of the total cost of the service.

No-show:
In case of no-show without prior notification, no refund will be made.

Modifications:
Changes to your reservation are possible at no extra cost, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. To cancel or change your reservation, please contact us directly via our website, by phone, or by email.

Then, depending on our opening hours, our customer service will also contact you by phone to ensure that all information is correct. This additional step allows us to guarantee a personalized service and answer any questions or specific requests you may have before your journey.

Are there any additional fees for baggage or pets?

Baggage : We do not charge any additional fees for standard baggage.

Pets : We welcome your furry friends!
For the transport of animals, a supplement of 15 euros is applied. This rate is to cover the additional cleaning and preparation measures necessary to ensure a clean and safe vehicle for the next passenger.

We ask that you transport your small animals in a suitable crate or transport bag and notify us when booking.
